Process

How it works

Once you have agreed on dates for your event with a representative from Brooklyn Fire Proof you will be sent an invoice via paypal for the security deposit.

Until the security deposit is received the dates discussed will only be a soft-hold, meaning there is no guarantee that the space will not be given to someone else.

Upon receiving your security deposit via paypal the space of your choosing will be reserved for you on the dates specified.

Event insurance is required for any exhibition openings, performances, etc. that will be bringing in more than 10 people. If you don’t already have insurance it can be purchased easily and affordably at www.theeventhelper.com. In addition to the event insurance you and a Brooklyn Fire Proof representative will sign a License Agreement.

You will then be billed for the full cost of the event two weeks before the start date, this must be paid one week before the start of your event.

Keys can be picked up the week before your exhibition anytime Monday through Friday between 9 – 5.

Galleries must be left in the same condition you received them in. Painting and spackling is your responsibility. Keys must be returned at termination of event or exhibition.
